What Category for an ancient site?

Recommended Posts

Two categories that this could be submitted Remains of Settlements and Wikipedia Entries.

'Wikipedia Entries' is one of those categories I personally don't really like and thus I'm not willing to add the site there.

I did see the Remains of Settlements category, but the description of the category specifically states: "This category seeks those evidences where we can find remains of settlements off the beaten path, in unpopulated places, and particularly in nature."; Ayla is right next to a very beaten path (tarmac), in a quite populated place and definitely not in nature... So I thought the site not suitable for this category, even though it are the remains of a settlement.

Cheers,

Another category you could check is Preserved Architectural Remnants and Ruins.
