Being there for the first time I wonder if there are any animals around I should be aware of, especially in George Bush park which is close to my hotel. Asking because in Europe we don't have any poisonous snakes, spiders and the likes. What's best avoided? Secondly: will it look weird if I do a caching trip on foot?
