MtnHermit Posted May 24, 2013 Share Posted May 24, 2013 I'm currently building a 3862 MB map for a Nuvi as a single gmapsupp.img file. MapSource has been chewing on it for 2 hours with about a hour to go. I like MS because it allows me to name the map set which is useful when enabling/disabling individual maps. Last I tested, my Nuvi 205W does not support AnyName.img like the Oregon, et al. Is MapInstall any faster? Last I remember MI could not name the map set, still true? Thoughts/Comments?
