+herbwell
Greetings! I`m going to visit Ireland in July and I want to ask, which map would be the best for my Garmin Dakota 20? I found Garmin EIRE Discoverer 1:50K - Full Coverage but in another forum they said that it is not compatible with the Dakota 20 ^^. So cachers form Ireland which Card do you use? greetz herbwell Quote Link to comment
+talkytoaster
Hi, Greetings! You could always use the maps I offer on my site, these do work on the Dakota 20 and include all of Ireland as part of the British Isles mapset. They also have 10m contours and I offer an OS 1:50K Look n Feel version. These are FREE if you want to download and install them yourself. http://talkytoaster.co.uk/ukmaps.htm Hope this helps? +Graculus
The Garmin Eire Discoverer OS maps will work on the eTrex 20 but they are expensive (click here for details of device compatibility). The free OSM maps from Talkytoaster are excellent.
