+LUTHER VAUGHN!
Firefox & Windows 7 I accidentally tried OPENING the cartridge first, instead of saving the file to my desktop, and then clicked Windows Media Center. Now I'm trying to save the cartridge on my desktop, but its default is a Windows Media file. What was the original file it's supposed to be, and how would I change that back? Quote Link to comment
Ranger Fox
The default is a .gwc file extension, if you're talking about downloading a cartridge and not the source code. There is not supposed to be any application configured to open this file. Try going to Tools: Options and Applications. See if you see "GWC file" in the list. If so, tell Firefox to ask. I think this will resolve your issue. If not, we can explore other avenues, such as the file association being in Windows and not Firefox. Quote Link to comment
