+carivercpl Posted April 24, 2002 Share Posted April 24, 2002 I you geocache in the socal area you know of Otispug...he is a wizard at the art of hiding a cache...so to be the first to find a new one is something to brag about...the wife and i took off after work think we were going to be first (if we would found it we would of been 4th)and we were following a small foot path to the cache...we were about 2oo ft from the cache when she slipped and broke her ankle...i carried her down as far as i could and then call the fire dept...it took them 5 hours, 4 guys to get her out....ooo did we mention the 2 helicopters that were overhead watching!!! well we got her out and now she is wearing a cast and out of geocaching for about 6 weeks!!! now we are looking for easy 1s to to do...but i get to keep going out on the weekends taking anyone that wants to go!!!!! happy gecaching carivercpl (Dave&Tammy and Venus the Rotty) Quote Link to comment
