+G0GMT
I often save caches on my iphone to find later when I am off line. A very useful feature of this app. As I type I am downloading caches for a popular tourist site. The app is presently saving 179 images associated to this cache. Why? When I am in the field and have no access to the internet these images are not available anyway. So do I have the option not to download these images? Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
I don't have an iPhone, so I can't be certain...but...is there possibly some function to actually SAVE the images to your phone? e.g. When downloading a PQ, you have to SAVE it to the phone to have the results available without a cell signal. +Condorito
Hi, so what you want to do is not save the photos with the cache when you save it? If so, I think this is what you are looking for... If that isn't what you want, could you please clarify? Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
I guess that could be it. I think the OP doesn't want to waste time 'downloading' pictures that they won't be able to use when offline. Quote Link to comment
+Condorito
Then they could just turn that slider to off couldn't they? Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
Then they could just turn that slider to off couldn't they? Yes, apparently. Maybe they really want to be able to see/use the photos? Quote Link to comment
