+shorbird Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 Has anyone noticed some of the changes on the NGS Home Page? The selection for "Survey Mark Datasheets" has been moved to the next-to-last position in the left side menu. However, there is a new, 1X2-inch box in the upper right corner of the home page which says "Looking for Benchmarks?", and when you click on it, you are taken directly to the Datasheet Retrieval Method page. With the new box, the NGS is making it easier for us to quickly access the information we need for benchmark recoveries. Thanks, NGS! Quote

OPUS is taking over, so while stations will never go away, their importance will slowly fade as agencies and organizations can submit their own network and data. Datasheet was updated to v8.1, to include new subsidence warning for LA, AL, and FL, I believe the states are. -Me. Quote
DaveD Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 The change has nothing to due with any priority that NGS gives to one service or product over another - they simply rearranged them in alphabetical order. Quote
