+hydnsek
WSGA is pleased to announce the availability of our 2013 Washington State geocoin. This year's Washington coin continues our east/west theme from last year, with a rhododendron representing Western WA and an apple for Eastern WA. We minted 270 of these black-nickel coins, which are 1.75 inches and were designed again this year by WSGA member NepoKama. Available here for $12 for nonmembers (limit 3). WSGA also now has a Facebook album with all our coins from previous years. Check it out. Quote Link to comment

+nevadanick
Received today. The pic does NOT do them justice. VERY nice for the SO's collection !! Thank you. Nevadanick, would you mind posting a pic? I'm on the fence on this one. Both sides are very well done (imo). The blue on both sides is not a 'glitter', but it does have a sparkle to it. Sorry, but I'm not familiar enough with what the names of the color variations are. The details are very crisp. The apple has 2 different types of color, one that wants to act as the lighting 'highlights' and the backside leaves and rhododendron are very well done. The lettering is well defined. Hope this helps. Quote Link to comment
