+Off Grid
Has anyone ever created a site or some way you can send your Geo bug to a different geocacher in a different country and start it off there ? Quote Link to comment
+stijnhommes
No people generally do that over the forums here. I helped someone from Norway to deploy a geocoin where I live through this very forum. Quote Link to comment
+Carbon Hunter
I have also had some cachers send me TBs in Africa and Arabia. There are also the Stargate series of caches. Quote Link to comment

+The Blorenges
Always happy to start off a new trackable by placing in a cache here in Wales, or England, UK. MrsB Quote Link to comment
+scrapcat
I've participated in several TB exchanges - most recently with Germany and Australia. I had a lot of fun giving Rufus from Germany a grand tour of Detroit before moving him along: http://scrapcat-scraps.blogspot.com/2013/03/rufus-came-to-detroit.html Quote Link to comment
+scrapcat
Oh, I forgot to mention... There is a list somewhere of volunteers who you can mail your trackables to & they will drop them in their country. My sister & I both signed up for the US, but we've never been contacted. Quote Link to comment

Are you thinking of the "Trackables World Release Register"? It used to exist but sadly the link is now deceased, defunct and pushing up daisies. You can usually find a cacher willing to receive a trackable by mail by posting in the appropriate country's forum. MrsB Quote Link to comment

+God of Caching
I sent 2 of my trackable to a fellow cacher in Antarctica, 1 to leave there and 1 to send back. I'm about to send the 1 that returned to Brazil and hoepfully to the APE cache then home!! Quote Link to comment
+Crow-T-Robot
Well well I'd love to start my new one somewhere awesome if anyone's interested Where are you from? Victoria bc I know in Seattle, Scooby's Special TB Teleport to Europe! is used to send bugs back and forth. I had a TB that went through that teleport to Germany...and then teleported back. So, I'm not sure what type of wording in your drop log to use to keep your bug from coming back. Quote Link to comment
+desmognathus
One way to save on postage is to let someone release a bug for you, while you release one for them. Then you just swap codes and activate them. Quote Link to comment
FinderMouse
I'm happy to release one in Sydney, Australia for somebody. Either post to me, or follow Desmognathus suggestion. Quote Link to comment
