Moun10Bike Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 We did have an issue with souvenirs - specifically, those awarded to countries that have no states defined in our database, like Denmark. That issue has been corrected and I have manually added the Denmark souvenir to your profile. Anyone who is missing a souvenir should email contact@geocaching.com with a link to their qualifying log so we can get the missing souvenir added to their account. Quote Link to comment

That's a nice one too... MakinTraks That's because you haven't logged any caches. When I look at your profile, it shows you don't have any finds. Did you maybe submit your finds as Field Notes through a smartphone app? You can check here to see if you did. If you did submit them as Field Notes, you'll have to convert each into a log before they'll show up on your profile, and the souvenir should then show up. Quote Link to comment

When I logged two caches in Luxembourg after that, I did not get the souvenir - and I still haven't gotten it.
