+sg1granny
I am a premium member but I am not sure what benefits it gives. I receive the newsletter only to find events are fully booked before I have a chance to see them. I don't hear about new caches until they are well and trully found. I thought being a premium member I would hear about them sooner. Can anyone tell me what the benefits are? Quote Link to comment
+The_Incredibles_
If you want to get an email when new caches are published, you need to set up notifications. Other benefits to PM, but the main one is pocket queries i.e. you can load a whole bunch of geocaches onto your GPS all at once, rather than having to put them on 1 at a time. Quote Link to comment
+MartyBartfast
Have you set up the Instant Notifications for caches/events? Doesn't sound like it to me, go here to set them up. Other advantages are Pocket Queries. Quote Link to comment

The benefits of Premium Membership are outlined here: Help Center → Premium Membership http://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.book&id=5 Another way to find out about events and newly-published caches is to go to your profile http://www.geocaching.com/my/default.aspx and scroll down until you see "List newest in xxxx". This will give you an updated list of events and caches, if you don't want to set up notifications. B. Edited March 1, 2013 by Pup Patrol Quote Link to comment
+TeamPennyFinder
I get a PM mainly for the pocket queries. That for me is worth it. Quote Link to comment
