Submitted Cache

It can take up to 7 days - usually sooner.

While this is true, if one of mine was waiting for 48hrs, I'd be really concerned as it usually takes no longer than 3 hrs to get a cache published around here. The key point is that the CO knows that it usually takes 24 hrs in their area. They are not some impatient newbie.

First thing that I would do is check the cache listing and make sure that I didn't forget to enable the cache, then I would scroll down to see if there is a reviewer's note that I somehow didn't get an email for.

Also, has your reviewer been publishing other caches during this period. If not, and there are no issues on your cache page, they may have just taken a few days off. Keep in mind that they are volunteers and sometimes life intervenes.
