They were required to have snow fence up. Pounding the posts, we hit waterlines. Every year. Every year we moved the posts. We even got to the point where we had a metal detector, a sonar type device(for plastic pipe) had someone there to help us find the lines, and still managed to hit them. Quote Link to comment
