+Need me glasses
I am not sure that the new PQ that I tried to load to my GPS went on properly as a message came up but it was too fast for me to read! Is there a simple way to check the GPS and see if the caches are actually on there? I normally just check the first few that show but this new PQ is not local and I can only think that when I get near to them they will either pop up or not! but I need to know before we make the trip. Any ideas?? Quote Link to comment
+whh0
I guess it depends on the type of GPS. I have a Garmin and use their Basecamp to check the caches have loaded as I have no GPS signal at my house. Quote Link to comment
+Need me glasses
Thanks to you both for the help, I dont have Basecamp so I shrunk the (very basic) map that came already on the GPS, this worked much better than I thought it was going to, it appears that the caches have loaded! yay! wwjd7
If you know the GC code or name from one of the caches in your PQ, you can use the Search function on your GPS to verify it’s been installed. Quote Link to comment
