trying to send to iphone

we are new to geocaching, but love it! we recently purchased the app for iphone, found this morning we are unable to send to iphone, when we try we get an error saying 'bad username/password'. can anyone help us? tell us who to call? we are signed in on both iphone and computer,using same password/username. would really like to start caching more, and using the app we bought, can anyone assist?

You can't "Send to" the iPhone app. I can't even think of where you might be attempting to do so that would give such an error message.

If you want to bring up a specific cache in the app, you can do a search by the GC code. You could also just do a search from your current location to get a list of nearby caches, or drag the map to a different location and search around that spot.

thanks for the response Ateam, when looking on the computer at the geocaching site, there are options such as send to PGS, send to phone, that's where we're trying to send it to, again we're new to all this so we're trying to figure it all out, so when we click on send to phone, the options for purchasing the app come up, we've already purchased the app, it gives us a message that bad user/password.

If you look above those username and password fields, you'll see that it says "Your Trimble Outdoors / GuideWorx GPS Account". This is only for use with the Trimble Outdoors app. You can't use the "Send to My Phone" function with the official Geocaching apps. You need to do a search from within the app.
