You are certainly welcome to post here, (and your English is better than some native-speakers) but if you are having difficulty asking your questions or understanding the answers, you might want to look at the forum sections farther down the page (Geocaching Groups by country) to try to find a language that you are more comfortable with.

when i do it same how was it in the manual gps says me that there arent any cache i dont know what is the problem

thank you mistake was because in gpx file was many files and my gps it did not take well ones more thank you for your consultation or answers

I use swiss army knife from the web site. Go to the bottom of the home pg. It will say download software. You will have several to chose from, my favorite is the one i mentioned.
