a simple question ?

here is my take on this momentous situation . . .

if you track something, then it is trackable

whether it wanted to be trackable or not

just as if you shine a light on something, it is illuminated

whether it wanted to be illuminated or not

and something can be trackable, even if it is not tracked

the same way that a stretch of road can be driveable

even if there have never been any cars on it

- - - -

and, who knows, maybe the world DID in fact end

but the after-life is remarkably similar to what went before

if i activate a geocoin today, and the world ends, is it still trackable ?

Well aliens have been here for thousands of years and do seem to track things so I would assume the answer would be yes. Perhaps your coin could be the first one to Anteres. The question then would be whether the aliens also have a back up of the internet in order to log it.

Not only do they already have a back-up in place, it's rumored they've partnered with Groundspeak to offer a new 'Universe Membership'. Negotiations on the pricing are still ongoing.
