You can edit your cache page to congratulate the FTF.

 

If you want one of those horrid scrolling banners, you will need to put some effort into learning how to do it with html coding.

Then as palmetto mentioned, all you need to do is edit your cache listing after the FTF occurs and add the comment to the cache description.

To do that, all you need to do is click on "edit listing", and change the text for your cache page. See Palmetto's log above.
