+NeverSummer
Was just noticing that it is difficult to note DNF dates unless you are bookmarking them all, using a PQ for DNF logs, or viewing the my DNF list. Once you click to the actual cache page, there is no simple way to view your last log unless it is a "Found It" log. It would be nice to have the date of your last DNF listed at the top like the "You logged this cache as found on XX/XX/XXXX". PQs give you the option to search for log type, but when searching using other methods I tend to lose track of what caches I have logged a DNF on, and when my last DNF or Note visit was once I start clicking to actual cache pages. However, when searching via map, or nearest, etc, it might be nice to have the date of that last DNF displayed on the actual cache page. Even once you click the cache, you go to a page where you have to search through many logs to find your own last DNF. Quote Link to comment

It would be nice to see it on a list of caches from a search. If you do land on a cache page, it would be nice to see it the same area where it says, "You logged this as found on...". However, if you know that you have logged a DNF, it's easy to find the log without searching. Every cache has a "Logbook" link, and the following page has a "Your Logs" tab. That tab has all of the logs that you have placed on that particular cache. Quote Link to comment

I'm saying it would be nice to have that info in the same place as the "You logged this as found on...". I don't always remember what caches I've logged a DNF on, especially if it is in an area outside my normal caching area. When I'm driving to Anchorage, I can't recall which ones I've DNF when I'm looking at an individual cache page. Edited December 20, 2012 by NeverSummer Quote Link to comment
+NeverSummer
In this simple search (100 miles from my postal code), it would be nice to see the blue DNF on the caches I've DNF logged, and blank spaces for those I haven't searched. Easy to see from a simple search what caches I have been seeking, found, or not found at a glance for single or multiple download selections. Then, with each cache, once you click on it, it would be nice to see the reminder that, somewhere in the mess of logs below, you "Last logged this cache as ______" in this space. This could be coded to only include Found it and DNF logs, or could include last logs like a note, etc. I really think that a Found it/Didn't find it designation in these searches and cache page findings would be helpful for tracking this in real-time when searching for caches or in the field. Especially helpful if you don't remember for sure if you DNFed it previously or not. This simple icon indicator, and box on the cache page will help track DNFs without having to perform a PQ, or sort through the linked "Your logs" action. Quote Link to comment
