river ranger Posted July 26, 2002 Share Posted July 26, 2002 ... to bother with dollar exchange rates between countries, that and shipping declarations, customs declarations, etc... we're not being prejudiced against ya up north, but heck even some sellers refuse to ship items (kayaks, etc...)anywhere, have to pick them up! of course for many of the same reasons i mentioned earlier...money exchange rates between the states, state custom declarations... still lookin... Well for me it is because I ship it out of my place of work. I usually give it to the shipping person and they take care of it. They then bill me for it. I don't want to hassle them with dealing with foreign shipments. They said it was a hassle and frankly I'm not one to push the person in to doing something they told me they wouldn't do. Wether they are telling me the truth or not. Although I would most likely ship to Canada if the person asked.
