+elaineanddaisy
I was hoping to do a circular route including burrington coombe, blackdown, rowberrow warren and mendip lodge woods. I have Emailed forrestry comission for rowberrow warren and north somerset for mendip lodge. I don't know if i need permission to place caches on blackdown or burrington coombe hills the other side of blackdown. (along the B3134) Quote Link to comment
+Jacaru & Wemnog
Go over to the Geocaching Assn of Great Britain site and have a look there. They have a list of permissions that have been granted in a section called GLAD (GAGB Landowners Agreements Database) http://www.gagb.co.uk/gagb/glad/index.php That may have the information that you want. +Happy Humphrey
The map linked via Graculus's site http://www.follow-the-arrow.co.uk/resources/magic.html might help. Quote Link to comment
+Graculus
A lot of Burrington Combe is National Trust. Use the MAGIC map (as HH suggests). The link on my site to Magic MapIt allows to enter coordinates (in any format) and shows the map. My site explains how to interpret the map and areas. Burrington Coombe area of the FC should come under the Peninsular District. Check the GAGB landowner database as it has maps available to check.
