Can anyone tell me if they are using the new Windows 8 and if they are having problems getting most everything on Geocaching.com to work correctly? I still have windows 7 on my laptop and it works fine there. I am just wondering.? I have contact Groundspeak but have not heard back from them yet. Any discussion on this would be really appreciated.

What sort of problems are you having? The reports over on the GSAK board is everything is up to date on Windows 8.

In the Hide and Seek section where you search by zip code or town. In all these spots there is an X and that is the problem. You enter a zip code and hit enter and it takes you to advanced search where you have to re enter the zip code. Same with search by address.

On the front main geocaching page where your home cords are, you can enter a city and state or a gc number and go to that. Again here I have the x and it doesn't allow me to use this one at all.

When on a cache page and I select view larger map, you cannot click on the treasure chests and open them up to a cache page.

So far everything else seems to work the same.
