PQ not generating?

For some strange reason I cannot get a PQ to generate?

 

I tested in making a fresh new one and it will not come in via email?

 

We are a couple of people having this issue for at least the last 12 hours.

 

Can it be the ISP that is causing this problem?

Do emails from your profile and your hidden caches come through okay?

After the long delay it just got generated and it came in.

I have been having trouble getting a PQ since the 18th. No one else seems to be having this problem.

I have sent several inquiries, no response.

I haven't generated PQs for months, and yet here I am, trying, and just like last time, they are not generating. I received an email saying both of mine were available for download, but after 20 mins now, one still isn't available to download.

 

It makes you wonder what our fees actually go toward....

My Bookmark PQ is not generating. Last generated says "Never" and I've created it hours ago.

My regularly-scheduled PQs usually run very early in the morning, but they hadn't when I got up. They came through at 8:40 PST (about 30 minutes ago). The API was also having problems, but that started working at about the same time. I think someone kicked a server. If your PQ hasn't come through yet, it probably will any minute now.

I deleted the old PQ, created a new one and it came through immediately.
