+Hexxy8
Hi all, I've not come across this situation before so I'm unsure of what I should do. I've found a TB which has not been logged out of its last cache and not logged into the cache I found it in. Do I "grab it" or sit tight for a few days and see if gets logged out and in? Thanks do any advice you can offer. Quote Link to comment
+The Blorenges
If it was showing "in the hands of" another cacher I'd recommend waiting just a few days to see whether they drop it off, but as it's showing in a different cache then I'd do a "grab it from somewhere else" log (to bring it into your hands and inventory) then give it a Visit to the cache where you actually found it, to show it was there. MrsB Thanks Mrs B, I will log as a grab, not sure how it made it here to this cache, it could have been mistakenly logged as a 'discovered' instead of a 'retrieve' at the original cache. It's the only thing I can think off. Wow!! I just started to log the trackable as you suggested Mrs B... And it's your very own Wandering Far Star!!! Is this just an amazing coincidence?! +3Woofs
I usually wait a day or two to see if the other cacher will log it. If it is not logged then I will grab it. Occasionally I may drop it back in the cache and then take it back out so the tb can get credit for the mileage of being in the cache. Quote Link to comment
