Do you want to use the tablet as a gps device or just to view the cache data? I use GDAK on my Android tablet which allows me to transfer my GSAK databases so that I can view them when I am offline.

I don't have much experience with the other Android apps but I would bet that they all have an option to import any .gpx file that you have.

There's also the windows program GAPP which can export cache databases for GDAK. (The GAPP and the GDAK authors write in the same netherlands forum).

GAPP is free to use.

It can import GPX from different sources and also has a live API access to import PQs & more online from geocaching.com.

I use GAPP (windows) and GDAK (android) regularly.
