+Isonzo Karst
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx?state_id=9 9= Del 35= North Dakota All caches Delaware - number of caches total is at the top the number doesn't match right now, one more in North Dakota I'm naturally more interested in Florida (state id = 10) with 37485 caches. There were 1104 when I pulled my first PQs. Took 2 queries to get the whole state. 500 cache limit on PQs then, and not grabbing those i'd found. If I moved to Delaware or North Dakota, I'd be once again able to get the whole state with 2 queries ;-). Edited November 9, 2012 by Isonzo Karst Quote Link to comment

+SwineFlew
There are plenty of space in North Dakota for a few 1000 plus powertrails. Oregon got over 31k caches. On an avg, about 10 caches are archived daily. (Yea, you need to have the whole database of the state on your GSAK to know those info.) Quote Link to comment

It's been awhile since I checked but a year or so ago there were about twenty countries/territories which had no caches at all and about 60 that had 5 caches or less. The least dense country I ever visit was Ethiopia, which at the time, had only 4 caches. One of them was about a mile away from where I was staying due to some traveling snafu I was never able to search for it but I was within 1000' of it three times. Quote Link to comment

Glad to see my home state fares well with 27k hides. I just checked and New York has 25921 caches. That's a lot more than 13K but there are still several smaller, less populated states with more. That's probably because power trails haven't become rampant (the closest I can find to a P/T is a series of 40/50 caches in central NY). Quote Link to comment
