If the Phone has GPS and the ability to install custom java applications then Trekbuddy would be a possibility.

There's no guarantee though. Incompatibilities may happen.

 

For beginners Trekbuddy is perhaps not so intuitive. But it is a nice tool to work with GPS. And also it is possible to open GPX-Files (i.e. Pocket Queries) for paperless geocaching.

 

I used Trekbuddy on my previous Symbian phone. And as Java app it also runs on some other phone OS.
