GPS with verbal directions?

I am looking for a GPS that will work with my android phone or a portable GPS that is super easy to use. It must have verbal directions as my parents are struggling with seeing digital devices. Any help is greatly appreciated!

the intended use is Geocaching. My parents love to geocache! Due to age they are struggling with the gps they have. They need one that will tell them where to go.

You can get all sorts of GPS units that will give spoken directions when driving but when geocaching you have to follow the arrow. I don't think there's a device in the world that will tell them "left a bit, right a bit, go forward ten paces and look under the rock".
