yquem59
Good morning. Walking my dog yesterday morning on Esher Common, I found a cache box which almost certainly was not in its correct location. It was floating in Black Pond (51.348243 -0.381803) and was retrieved by my spaniel. It has a label: Magellan Geocache Unique Location Box Serial No. UK 02168. If the owner can be identified and would like it back, would he/she please contact me. The box contains some soggy Magellan leaflets, a nice propelling pencil, an unmarked notebook and a fruit bar. BW to all. Philip Quote Link to comment
+Graculus
About a year ago I was working with Magellan UK marketing and wasn't aware from them of any promotions or 'team building' or anything like that in the UK. In fact I found the opposite that they were struggling to get any presence here with very limited outlets for their products. I'll contact them out of curiosity. +factotem
It is unlikely to be a Groundspeak cache from round here as Elmbridge Council in their wisdom (or lack of it) do not allow cache placement. I know because I have tried. Quote Link to comment

Dave from Glanton
It is unlikely to be a Groundspeak cache from round here as Elmbridge Council in their wisdom (or lack of it) do not allow cache placement. I know because I have tried. Also, it looks quite commercial in nature and has edible content - two definite guideline violations which make it look even more non-Groundspeak-y Quote Link to comment
yquem59
I thought the edible content was odd; I certainly won't be eating it. Philip Quote Link to comment
