Sending from computer to iphone

When you run a PQ it will go to your phone automagically via the app as well as to your email. You can pull up caches from the saved PQ.

Other than that, most iPhone caching is done live with a data connection. There's no need to send caches to the phone in advance, unless you plan to be in a poor data area, in which case it would be advantageous to have pre-loaded them via PQ. (If you have saved caches in the app it is possible to cache with no cellular data signal, as the iPhone has an actual GPS chip on board).

Or, you can search an area for caches using the app and save them individually in the app if you think data access will be a problem, but doing them one by one is more tedious than running a PQ.
