Galaxias
Morning When i share my find with my facebook account there is an option for inserting a thumbnail image but its greyed out...do i have to be a premium member for this or is there something i am not doing... Also, when logging a find i notice some members have added links and quotes in their reply, is there a way of adding those permanently so you dont have to keep writing them all the time. +Understandblue
Are you sharing on Facebook via a mobile app? Or the site? You can add links in your signature by clicking here to edit your profile http://www.geocaching.com/account/editprofile.aspx Quote Link to comment

+Understandblue
Hmm - I haven't shared on FB via the site, sorry. Normally, the FB thumbnail is generated by images on the page you're sharing. So if there aren't any photos on the cache page you're sharing, it won't generate a thumbnail. Quote Link to comment
+Understandblue
And yes, the Forum Signature is where I have "I'm curious..." Quote Link to comment

There is a Greasemonkey script for Firefox browser, which will add links and quotes when logging. Or. They may be logging with GSAK, which can add additional text to your logs. Without an example, it's difficult to say how they are doing it! Signatures in the forums are only available to Premium Members. (Used to be available to all members, but changed during an 'update' of the forums. ) Quote Link to comment
Galaxias
I would just like to have permanently under the find, see below...so i dont have to type it in everytime i log a find TFTC Jayne, Mike & Meagan Quote Link to comment
+Understandblue
Hmm - like you don't want to type when you find a cache in your log? I think people really like to hear what you think about a cache. I don't think you can automate that, and you probably shouldn't even if you could Quote Link to comment
Galaxias
No...lol I always type what we found and how it was and what it was like etc, then i like to sign off with our signature and say thank you...but dont want to have to type all 3 names and tftc everytime...thats what i meant Quote Link to comment
+Understandblue
Aaahh.. Hmm - I don't think there's a way to do that. But someone might know better than me. Quote Link to comment

I don't think you can automate that, and you probably shouldn't even if you could Oh so true! A huge part of enjoyment for us when someone finds one of our caches is to hear what they think! Hubby spends a lot of time usually trying to place unique and fun caches and gets disappointed with just the "TFTC" posts. Quote Link to comment
