Videos on the forums

So I'm sure I posted videos on this forum before and it embedded the video here so I didn't have to go to YouTube. I've done it on other forums as well. Yet I tried a couple days ago and it wouldn't work, just put the link to the YouTube page. Any idea how to embed it or is it only on certain videos, or??? And I know it can be done because someone just did it here.

It's the "Insert media" button ().

Note that it only works with the full Youtube URL. When I tried it with the "short" URL, it just showed up as a link, like this:

Of course it is...Well I feel smart with it being right beside the other buttons that I tried. Maybe I should wear one of the signs from my sigline.
