I found a 8yr lost TB!

So as the title says, I found a TB that has been lost for over 8 years. I logged the find, and I'm waiting to see if the owner contacts me before I move it along. The little guys destination is Hawaii, and I feel like after this long he deserves to be mailed there and put in his destination cache. Lol.

I read the log you wrote and how you found him..... that is sooooo cool.

 

I think you should place him in a cache anywhere you so desire. I would not however, mail it.

You should mail a TB ONLY with the owner's consent.

 

I think the owner would be very pleased just to see it surface and continue moving.

Although not real active, the owner appears to have checked into the site last in June.

You just might rekindle their interest!.

Did't plan on mailing it. Sense there isn't really a way to get it closer to Hawaii, ill probably take it to Florida in 3 weeks. That will also give the owners some time to let me know if they would like me to do something different.

I don't know how far you are from the last cache the traveler was placed in, but you might consider visiting the TB to a cache near you or near the house where you found it. That way the mileage will be a little more correct. Nice find.

I think it's new goal should be to "travel the world in search of the tens of thousands of other lost/stolen TBs and geocoins"
