"Found by User" date incorrect if not logged in

If you're not logged in, go to "Hide and Seek a Cache", and do a search with the "Found by Username" field specified, the dates shown in the "Found by User" column are incorrect. That column is actually showing the "Last Found" date. It's fine if you're logged in; only a problem if you're not logged in.

If displaying the actual "Found By User" date isn't allowed when you're not logged in, then the column should be labeled as "Last Found" instead.

That would probably be because you cannot check a user's stats if you're not signed in? So it is not a bug. Part of the design.

Assuming that that is correct, then so is the OP's second paragraph. If the column is labeled one thing but is showing another, that would be a bug, regardless of the reason.
