Click on that and it will provide you with a photo upload page. If you have already logged, you can still add a photo. Near the bottom of the log on the cache page, there is a Upload Photo link. Or.... are you speaking of a post here in the forums? To do so, your photo must already be uploaded to a website, or a cache log.
