+Dawgspit
I was looking for one with 8mb of memory but I have talked to a couple of people and 2 mb will work. I guess mostly it will depend on price. Email me with what you want for your unit. "Nothing helps a bad mood like spreading it around." Calvin of Calvin & Hobbes Quote Link to comment

+Harrald
The Palm Zire has 2 meg of memory. You can pick one up new for about $70. I must also say that I owned one for about 10 hours before I returned it. 2 Meg is not enough for caching or just about anything else. Sony.com has a refurb Clie for about $119. It has 16 meg of memory. I picked one up for $99. a few monthe ago. It works great for caching. ==================================== As always, the above statements are just MHO. ==================================== Quote Link to comment
+Dawgspit
thanks for your reply. I figured it would be pushing it trying to get away with 2mb of memory...I do need to stay with palm though b/c of it's compatibility with my mac. That is a good price on the sony units though. I wonder if it would be compatible with my mac if I had virtual pc? Hmmmmm? Thanks again! "Nothing helps a bad mood like spreading it around." Calvin of Calvin & Hobbes Quote Link to comment

+Dawgspit
Bender, do you know if your unit is comatible with Mac? There are some brands, Sony for instance, that run a Palm o.s. but are not Mac compatible. That is the biggest factor for me. Let me know! Thanks "Nothing helps a bad mood like spreading it around." +Dawgspit
I visited half.com and found a palm m105 for $55. It has 8mb of storage capacity and is small enough to fit nicely in my pocket. But thank you anyway for the tip and all the info! "Nothing helps a bad mood like spreading it around." Calvin of Calvin & Hobbes Quote Link to comment
