Sounds like what you are asking for how to upload your fields notes. There is a link to field notes in the top menu. It won't automactially log your finds. You will still have to go through each field note and click 'log', but it does help alot especially if you have found alot in 1 day it's hard to remember.

 

If you've only found a few, you can forget the field notes and just click on the cache on the map and log them that way.

Here's how:

 

From the top of your main screen, there are different menus available. (You won't see these in the forum, you'll have to click on the Geocaching logo on the top left of your screen to get there.)

 

Click "Your Profile", then click "Field Notes", then click "upload my field notes", then click on the 'Garmin' tab and follow the instructions.

You have to plug the GPS into the computer first.
