Need Help finding a Puzzle cache for a challenge

So I've been 1 cache away from finishing a challenge cache for awhile. It's a pain finding an active cache that fits the requirements using the website and as you cannot download a PQ for all puzzles in the US I need your help.

I need a

  • Puzzle cache
  • Published on or before 07/13/2009
  • That starts with the letter Z
  • Preferably in the Southeast US

If you have any that fit that criteria in your area please let me know! I am aware of 1 in Mississippi (http://coord.info/GC1CD5X), 1 in Florida (http://coord.info/GC1RVW7), and 2 in Maryland (http://coord.info/GC1F2VD and http://coord.info/GC1A7P4).

There is 4 of them in Oregon but thats too far away for you. I got the whole state on my GSAK database. This is one reason why I got a huge database so I can find caches to do challenges.

Go ahead and post them. I'd like to come out in the next couple of summers.

If you or anyone that need me to search for a special cache in Oregon for any challenges, give me a line. I will help find it.

Just did a PQ of Tenn and a big fat zero. Wow!

This makes me curious about the location of the Challenge cache and how far one is expected to travel to meet all the criteria for the Challenge.

I've got a "Caches starting with all the letters and numbers" table in my stats and am missing one of the letters and about half of the numbers. Perhaps I don't know the best way to find caches starting with a number but I couldn't find anything within a few hundred miles for a couple of the numbers. Even if I did fill in all the rows I had no idea where the nearest "find a cache starting with all the letter and numbers" challenge cache might be.

There are 2 in NC by OzGuff,

GC12ZC0 Zip Code

GC17XZK Zeb, Zeb, He's Our Man!

Thanks D&D!!! I have no idea why I never thought to look in OZguff territory

Just did a PQ of NC puzzles and those are the only two with "Z" and within the date you want.

Yea there was one in Greensboro that was on my list and it was archived. I feel bad for asking because I should have been able to find those lol

Come on, now. You've been around long enough and spent enough time in the forums to know that coming to the forums to ask for help with puzzle caches is frowned upon.:rolleyes:
