+walkinbyfaith
After attending the Groundspeak Block Party and discovering a bunch of TBs online, I noticed that some were only discoverable or you could write a note. The option for Retrieving was not there. How do you go about making that happen on your own TB? (IE: I have one on my car that I obviously only want people to discover). Thanks! Quote Link to comment

Huh, I never realized that before. I just went back and looked at some Lackey name tags that I've logged, and they're just like you describe. On the other hand, my mother's name tag has the retrieve option, and mine probably does too. I'm now just as curious as you to know how this can be accomplished. It isn't the collectible status, because I found trackables set both ways that both had the retrieve option. Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee
It is the Inventory/Collection status... In Inventory allows all logs; in Collection allows only "Note" and "Discovery". Drawback to Collection is that even the owner can post only "Note" or "Discovery", hence a cachemobile would be un-loggable as far as "Visits" go. +Isonzo Karst
If you want to move your trackable into your collection, that option is on the edit page, it's a checkbox x Make this Trackable collectible once it's collectible, you'll have the option to "move to colletion" Quote Link to comment
+The Blorenges
What they said ^^^ It's important that you do both steps: Edit the page to 'Collectible' (Save changes) and then 'Move to Collection' (Actions drop-down). MrsB Quote Link to comment
