jsweeney1
Hi Everyone, I am wondering if someone could rescue a travel bug for me. It has been stuck for about 2.5 weeks now. It's ID is TB51Q98 and it is in cache ID GC2R2PZ. +lamoracke
the cache in question has only been found by one cacher so far since it was dropped 10 days ago (on the 17th) which is about a week and a half, probably a good chance its still there. Cache has lasted 1.5 years and not been muggled. Not trying to be blunt, but I do not think there is reason to think its lost or anything yet. As I said, only one cacher has found this cache in the 10 days since dropped and that cacher did not report all the TBs missing. Edited August 28, 2012 by lamoracke Quote Link to comment

I could go rescue your TB and then drop it in this one. Quote Link to comment
+The Jester
I'm not sure you could really call it "stuck" - this is only the second cache it's been in since it started 14 days ago. Quote Link to comment
+Ma & Pa
I also dont think it is stuck. Maybe in a month it could start to be considered stuck. I notice that the TB owner has also attempted to get help by posting a note on the TB page asking for someone to help move it. I would suggest that nobody will notice that note. A better option would have been a note on the cache page, not that I think it is time do do that. PA Quote Link to comment

Make me want to place it in a cache far far away. Like this cache. Quote Link to comment
Tarn_Loon
Let's try to remember we're talking to and about a new player please. Educate first like some of the earlier posters did. Edited August 28, 2012 by Tarn_Loon Quote Link to comment
+Shop99er
11 days is not a long time. Sit back, relax, and go find some caches. BTW, you have a double find on the one cache you have found. Only one find per cache. Quote Link to comment

jholly
A geocacher just went to the cache and told me no travel bugs were in the cache. It happens. It might pop up later and miles away. I've had it happen to mine. Quote Link to comment
+The Blorenges
A geocacher just went to the cache and told me no travel bugs were in the cache. Check the cache logs for those who found the cache between you dropping the TB and the visit by the cacher who told you there are no TBs in the cache. Do any of them mention picking up your TB? Are any of them rather new cachers who perhaps do not fully understand how to log trackable out of caches? You may need to make very gentle email enquiries. MrsB Quote Link to comment

My 10-year old, 19,000+ miles TB got dropped in a 4/4 ATV-only place somewhere in Arizona http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=de340717-61aa-42a2-afdb-f09e896b146c Quote Link to comment
