Perhaps you can bring the "Webcam Caches" back to Geocaching.com ... as a Webcam Challenge. I think it is really easy to realize this Challengetyp ...it has the same funktions like the Photo Challenge... and only another picture . Moreover I think a Webcam Challenge is something different than a Photo Challenge because you don't make the photo. The Webcam makes the photo.
