+UMainah
What are you supposed to do when a waymark can be submitted under multiple categories? For example, a bridge that can be under both "Engineering Landmark" and "Covered Bridges". Quote Link to comment
+BruceS
You can submit the a location as multiple waymarks to different categories. Or you can choose and just submit it to one or just the categories that interest you. Your covered bridge could go in the covered bridge category, may be the Engineering Landmark category if it is listed by one of the engineering associations, it might also be listed on the National Register of Historic Places, there might be a wikipedia article about it. Thus you could list it as separate waymarks in all four categories, list it in one or list it what ever number you desire that it qualifies for. Edited August 18, 2012 by BruceS Quote Link to comment
GT.US
It's can be a pain to make two different waymarks, with the uploading pictures and all, but I like seeing the same thing from different perspectives. If you want to upload pics once, and submit twice, start by uploading pictures as an uncategorized waymark, and then categorize it multiple times for each different submission. The caveat is that you have to use two different IDs to complete the process. Quote Link to comment
+Max and 99
And remember that different categories have different requirements for posting a waymark. Quote Link to comment
