Photos to NGS?

Found a mark and found it on Geocaching.com.

Went to NGS to get the datasheet and found no recovery for quite some time (years) so I submit form.

It mentions types and format for photos but I did not see the process.

Ended up e-mailing them...is there a better method?

Suggestions appreciated.

If you are going to submit to the NGS (recovery reports, photos, updated handheld coordinates, county corrections, etc), there is a free piece of software called DSWorld you can download. It will help you edit the photos, and name them according to NGS specs....as well as do about everything else you will want.

 

You can get it here. Make sure to read the help files once you download it.

The NGS also harvests photos from the geocaching site logs, so there's a good chance they'll get them if you just post the photos with your log.
