Hello, i would like to create a letter box.. Do you think it will be accepted? If i make a letter box and ask people to put a post card inside it, that they would write on it what they thought about my different series of cache's. I want to do a series a different cache's and to finish with the letter box.

As long is meets the overall guidelines and the guidelines specific to letterbox hybrids, I don't see why it wouldn't be published.

I don't think the OP is asking about a letterbox hybrid cache. (That cache type is distinguished by the presence of a letterboxing stamp in the final cache container.) Rather, the described design appears to be a required method of logging. Anything beyond signing a logsheet or logbook in the cache would be an Additional Logging Requirement and would, therefore, need to be made clearly and completely optional.
