Picture in cache definition

I have difficulty to add a picture in my definition. I haev a multi that I wish to have it published, but I need to add a picture. Any help will be appreciated.

You will need to have a very basic understanding of how it all works, but if I can do it then just about anyone can!

You'll need to have your photo hosted on a photo sharing site, etc.

I have three images; my stats image, the logo of the local group I belong to, and the provincial group I belong to.
