Garmin 62st show hints and logs

I am a premium member and just got a Garmin 62st. When I try to show hints I get a message that only premium members can access them. But I am a premium member. How can I get them to show up? Do I need to configure something on the GPS?

How are you loading the caches? Are you using GPX files or LOC files? Only the GPX files contain the description, hints, logs, etc.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction and getting me to put the thinking cap on. I was downloading gpx but I discovered 2 had full detail and all others did not. My best guess is I was not logged in when I downloaded them. I'll pay more attention in the future. THanks again for responding.
