What is the diameter of the olympic exclusion zones?

My cache is clearly inside the red circular olympic exclusion zone in the image Groundspeak sent me, yet mathematically, is 8m outside of a 1 mile exclusion zone.

 

I'm hoping to move my cache a little bit north, but I've yet to find a key on any of the maps.

 

Anybody know what diameter Groundspeak have used? Have they added a tolerance?

It's not a circle from the centre of the stadium but a minimum of a mile from the stadium - more obvious if you look at the Olympic Park or Excel or (especially) Dorney

Looks like you'd need to go about 100m north (though I'm not sure if that map is to be taken as gospel)
