Picture On a New Cache Page

I've seen other users put a piture on thier cache page. How is this done? I have created a new cache but all it shows is the icon that a picture is there. How do I put up the image in the back ground w/o the icon?

You also need somewhere to 'store' the image.

It can be stored in the cache page gallery (make things easier as it's on Groundspeaks servers) or an old/unused/archived cache of your own.

Or on another site (image storage eg flickr/photobucket etc)
