+sTeamTraen Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 I've just spent a frustrating couple of minutes scrolling down and down and down to get to a DNF log which I put on a cache four years ago (I finally found the cache this weekend, woo-hoo!). It's really boring to have to scroll a hundred or more times. I'd suggest a button or link (or even special semi-secret URL parameter, such as "&all_logs_at_once=Y") to allow all the logs to be displayed in one go. This would reduce the number of database queries and save time on occasions like this. I completely understand why the default of "just the last few logs" is there, and it's nice, but sometimes it's too clever for its own good. Quote

However, in the situation that you describe, all you had to do was click "Logbook". On the next page is a tab to display just your logs. Quote
+Delta68 Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 Also, if you ran a PQ with the cache in it or downloaded the gpx file from the cache page all your previous logs would be in there Mark Quote
+sTeamTraen Posted June 27, 2012 Author Posted June 27, 2012 (edited) As usual, Firefox and Greasemonky are your friends. I presume that means there's a GM script to always load all the logs, which isn't what I want to do in most cases. But also, Groundspeak has indicated in the past that they want non-Firefox users to have access to the best possible functionality (which, I agree, will often emerge from GM script "prototyping"). However, in the situation that you describe, all you had to do was click "Logbook". On the next page is a tab to display just your logs. Thanks (I'd forgotten that). Edited June 27, 2012 by sTeamTraen Quote
